  • Round Trip – Bookings starting from 1 hour and return the vehicle to the same parking spot: €2.5/h + €0.50/km (from €0.35/km over 100 km).

  • Free Floating – Point-to-point trips within the service area: €0.30/min + €1 unlock fee. You can end your trip at any permitted public parking spot (green area free, yellow area with extra cost).

  • Rental – Self-service rental from 1 day up; choose category, pickup location and package with included km (fuel excluded). Variable rates according to season.

Yes, leaving the city is possible with all services (Free Floating, Round Trip and Rental). You can rent a vehicle to go wherever you want, the important thing is to end the booking:

– in the service areas, if you rented in free floating mode,

– at the pickup parking spot in case of Round Trip and Rental.

Our cars are equipped with anchor systems for child seats. In Rental mode it’s possible to rent them with advance pickup at our headquarters if you need them. Contact us for more information.

You can add your payment method from the app.

It’s mandatory to enter a payment method to use our services, but it doesn’t have to be a credit card. You can also use a debit or prepaid card.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX.

*Playcar will execute a provisional €1 transaction to verify credit availability.

Yes, it’s possible to transport your pet using a carrier.
Remember though that all vehicles must be treated with respect. The car must be returned in perfect condition, otherwise there’s a risk of incurring penalties for returning a dirty vehicle.
