Usually a micro-transaction (\u20ac1) is made for verification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wait for document validation (from a few hours up to 48 hours, depending on workload).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><strong>Insider tip<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Need to let a colleague or family member drive? Add it to your profile in advance: save time when booking. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3 Book the Vehicle<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the app and select the vehicle type (citycar, van, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the Playcar parking spot\/bay from which to pick up the car.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set pickup and return date and time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm: you&#8217;ll receive the booking with all details (license plate, address, times).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> You can modify or cancel the booking within the terms indicated in the app without penalties (check time limits).<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4 Pickup and Unlock<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reach the indicated parking spot\/bay at pickup time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the app \u2192 select the current trip \u2192 <strong>Unlock vehicle<\/strong> and enter the PIN.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check for any pre-existing damage and report it immediately through the &#8220;Report a problem&#8221; section to avoid charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5 During the Trip<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Round Trip (fuel included)<\/strong>: you can use the fuel card (usually Q8) <strong>only if the level drops below 25% fuel (threshold displayed in app)<\/strong>.
